DI waves

Surfed Island from 5-7 this evening one other guy out and there were waves don't know where it came from but was fun. Will post a pic when I size the photo for the large wave.

This is what it looked like, if I was 6 inches tall.

Back in 69' through 72 there seemed to be alot of snicker swells. We would drive to the Island in my 63 chevy, ck the beach, scream Oh, sh--, head back to Mobile, get our boards & head back and surf. No cams, no surf reports just marine forecast but still snicker bumps especially during the summer months. :biggrin:

Or is that one that occurred just after the sewer main breakage, brown and nutty?

That is sweet, a "typical" SUP and a logger dropping in on good wave. Is that what you were going for woody? All I need is a abba zabba swell in my hand. Nicely done
